MCP + Submissions

Procedures for Submission of Portfolios and Curator Proposals for Exhibition Consideration:

Minnesota Center for Photography (MCP) is a non-profit photography gallery and resource center in Minneapolis. As such, we are interested in reviewing a wide variety of photographic work for possible presentation in our gallery spaces--the main gallery (approx. 210 linear feet), and the Minnesota Projects Gallery (approx. 38 linear feet).

Our goal at MCP is to build a community that supports excellence in photography and to engage and nurture a broad audience for photography through exhibitions, services, programs, publications, and outreach. Our location in Minnesota's thriving arts community makes us inclined to show work of our region. But we are committed to promoting accomplished and compelling work by a diverse group of local and national artists, while stimulating inquiry into and dialogue on social, aesthetic, and technological issues raised by contemporary photographic communication.
